Cosin Solar was selected as one of the 2025 Yangtze River Delta Business Innovation Samples at the 8th annual conference held at Fudan University on July 10.

The report, compiled by the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Business Innovation Research Institute together with Fudan University School of Management and nearly 50 other institutions, selected eight enterprises from more than 4,000 candidates. The selected companies cover frontier sectors including life sciences, intelligent robotics, optoelectronic computing, commercial aerospace and brain-computer interfaces. They share common traits: breaking industrial boundaries through technological innovation, building core competitiveness through long-term investment, and creating value through industrial integration.

Fudan Professor Lu Xiongwen commented on Cosin Solar's 16-year journey. The company entered the then-untapped domestic tower CSP sector with strong strategic focus. Founder Jin Jianxiang combines scientific rigor with entrepreneurial courage — a model he describes as “scientist competence plus entrepreneur mindset.” Backed by an engineering-driven culture, Cosin Solar has built systematic competitive strengths and completed the full industrial development path from zero to one and one to one hundred.

In his keynote, Xu Neng reviewed Cosin Solar's 16year development in concentrating solar power, covering technology R&D, engineering practices and entrepreneurship. Seizing opportunities from global energy transition, Cosin Solar made a strategic commitment to CSP. In the early domestic stage with limited references, standards and mature supply chains, the team dared to carry out trialanderror and completed fullchain engineering validation from labscale tests and pilot trials to largescale plants in the Gobi desert. He emphasized that innovation should not remain theoretical—solid engineering delivery and industrial transformation constitute core competitiveness. Cosin Solar keeps focusing on valuedriven practical innovation and commits to advancing green and lowcarbon social development.

Being listed in the 2025 samples recognizes Cosin Solar's 16-year dedication to CSP, its technology-driven breakthroughs, and its balanced performance in commercial returns and social responsibility. The company says it will share its development experience with other hard-tech innovators and continue to inject momentum into China's clean-energy transition with its proprietary CSP and molten-salt storage solutions.
