Luneng Fukang Hybrid Project

 (new energy marketization and grid connection project) 

100MW CSP Project

On December 15, the first set of heliostats for the 100MW CT CSP project of the  Luneng Fukang Hybrid Project (new energy marketization and grid connection) project, which was built by Cosin Solar, was successfully assembled, marking that the project officially entered the key stage of heliostats production and installation.

The Project is located in Fukang City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, invested by China Green Development Investment Group Co., LTD., with a total installed capacity of 1GW including 900MW PV and 100MW CT CSP. The 100MW CT CSP, with an 8-hour molten salt storage system, will adopt the molten salt tower CSP technology fully developed by Cosin Solar, and Cosin Solar is responsible for providing integrated supply of concentrated Solar Field and MSR System, Molten Salt Thermal Storage & Exchange System.

SPIC Xinjiang Turpan Shanshan Qiketai 100MW CSP Project

On December 17, all heliostats for SPIC Xinjiang Turpan Shanshan Qiketai 100MW CSP Project, being constructed by Cosin Solar, was successfully assembled and rolled off the assembly line, marking another major breakthrough in the project.

The project, located in Qiketai Town, Shanshan County, Turpan City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is invested by State Power Investment Corporation Henan Electric Power Co., LTD, with a total installed capacity of 1GW including 900MW PV and 100MW CT CSP. The 100MW CT CSP, with an 12-hour molten salt storage system, chose the molten salt tower CSP technology fully developed by Cosin Solar.

Currently, construction of the eleven CT CSP projects participated by Cosin Solar have entered the winter critical stage, and the Cosin Solar’s team firmly carry the construction mission of snow and snow unimpeded and production non-stop, implement the winter construction plan with high standards, and solidly promote the construction progress of each project. Cosin Solar will continue to target construction of "CT CSP energy storage +" hybrid benchmarking projects, and to go all out promoting the construction of various projects.
